Monster Cookie Metric Century

This ride is sponsored by the Salem Bike Club. There is a fee for riding ($25 & PWTC members receive a $2 discount). Online registration is open until April 23rd. The route is generally flat with a few short hills. The ride begins at the State Capitol building in Salem and heads north to Champoeg State Park and returns. Snacks, fruit, refreshments, and toilet facilities are available at the rest stops and at Champoeg State Park. There is parking along the streets and in a large parking lot one block north of the start area. The route does not open until 8:00 AM. I will be at the NW corner of the start area plaza on the stairs with the sign-in sheet. If you miss me, call me and I will add you to the list. Let’s plan to depart as a group around 8:30. Wear your club colors!
